For that dream to cross from the spiritual dimension into the physical, it requires the legal authorization of a higher spiritual authority on earth. Defining a True Spiritual Father
In modern Christianity, the term "spiritual father" is often reduced to a title of prestige. However, Apostle Java clarified its true, militant, and structural definition within the Kingdom of God.
The Prophetic Shoulder
Apostle Java defines a spiritual father as someone assigned by God who gives his shoulder for a son to step on to rise higher. You cannot maximize your destiny solely on your own merit. A true father absorbs the spiritual resistance of a territory so that the son can manifest his God-given dreams without being crushed by demonic pushback.
The Bow and Arrow Analogy
Referencing Psalm 127:4, "As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth," Apostle Java painted a vivid picture. An arrow, no matter how sharp or well-crafted, cannot fly on its own. It requires the strength, tension, and aim of a "mighty man" (a spiritual authority) to reach its target. Your dream is the arrow; your spiritual father is the bowman who launches it into reality.
The Limitations of Personal Faith
Can't I just pray and fast for my own dreams to come to pass? Apostle Java explains why personal faith, while necessary, is sometimes insufficient to unlock major destiny doors.
Spiritual Protocols and Rankings
The spirit realm operates on strict legal rankings. If a demonic principality holding back your finances or your marriage operates at a "General" level in the spirit, and your personal faith only operates at a "Private" level, your prayers will hit a ceiling. You need the intervention of a spiritual father who carries a higher ranking to overrule the demonic injunction.
The Need for Endorsement
Just as a university degree means nothing until it is signed and stamped by the Dean, a prophetic dream requires the "stamp" of an earthly spiritual authority to be recognized as legal in the physical world. God reveals the dream to you, but He uses His ordained prophets and fathers to authorize its physical manifestation.
The Joseph & Jacob Mystery
Apostle Java provided a profound biblical case study to illustrate this law: the life of Joseph and his father, Jacob (Israel).
Joseph's Dream and the Struggle
Joseph had a pure, divine destiny dream—he was meant to be a ruler. Yet, the moment he had the dream, all hell broke loose. He was thrown into a pit, sold into slavery, falsely accused by Potiphar's wife, and imprisoned. While he eventually became Prime Minister, his position was surrounded by immense spiritual and physical warfare.
Jacob Blesses Pharaoh
Apostle Java pointed out a crucial, often overlooked detail in Genesis 47. When Jacob (the father) finally arrived in Egypt, he stood before Pharaoh and blessed him. Why did the Patriarch bless a pagan King? Because it was illegal for Joseph to fully enjoy his destiny in Egypt without his father's spiritual authorization. Jacob had to bless the "office" of Pharaoh to remove the warfare from Joseph's dream, allowing his son to rule in perfect peace.
The Hannah Principle: Breaking Barrenness
To further solidify the absolute necessity of a spiritual father, Apostle Java highlighted the story of Hannah, the mother of the prophet Samuel.
The Labor of Personal Prayer
Hannah went to Shiloh year after year. She prayed, she wept, and she fasted until she had no words left, only moving her lips in deep intercession. Yet, despite her incredible personal faith and her tears reaching heaven, her womb remained closed. The spirit of barrenness could not be broken by her personal faith alone.
Eli's Prophetic Authorization
It was not until Eli, the High Priest (the spiritual authority of the land), observed her and spoke a single sentence: "Go in peace: and the God of Israel grant thee thy petition" (1 Samuel 1:17). Apostle Java noted that the very next morning, Hannah's countenance changed, she went home, and she conceived. The High Priest had to give the legal authorization for heaven to release the child.
