We exist to help pastors and church leaders equip their congregations with a lifegiving theology of work. Our mission is to bridge the gap between Sunday worship and Monday labor, ensuring every believer understands that their profession has sacred significance in advancing God’s kingdom.
Why Pastors Toolbox Exists
For too long, a divide has existed between the "sacred" work of the church and the "secular" work of the marketplace. Pastors Toolbox was created to dismantle this divide. We empower church leaders to validate the Monday-to-Saturday lives of their congregants, helping them see their daily labor not as a distraction from ministry, but as ministry itself.
We don't just offer theory; we offer utility. As Founder Oudney Patsika puts it, we provide "basic screwdrivers and wrenches."
