Pastors Toolbox: Screwdrivers & Wrenches
Pastors Toolbox provides practical tools—what Oudney describes as "basic screwdrivers and wrenches"—to help church leaders communicate the importance of work and faith integration. The goal is simple yet transformative: offer pastors ideas and resources they can implement in their churches over the course of a month, effectively bridging the gap between the pulpit and the marketplace.
Thrive Apostolic Marketplace (TAM)
In addition to Pastors Toolbox, Oudney serves as a trainer and director at Thrive Apostolic Marketplace (TAM). This organization develops resources to help Christians integrate their faith with their work. Through mentorship, courses, seminars, and certificates, TAM equips believers to live out their Kingdom calling every day of the week, not just on Sundays.
