Foretelling is what humans do when they are granted access to see future events before they happen. However, Apostle Java highlighted that God does not foretell. God is omniscient; He already knows the end from the beginning. God does not "predict" what will happen; He declares what He has already established.
What is Forthtelling?
God engages in forthtelling—the revelation of His sovereign will and mind for the future. When God gives a believer a prophetic dream, He is forthtelling His divine agenda. The dream becomes the medium through which the human spirit is allowed to clearly see and understand the script of heaven, so the believer can align their earthly actions with God's perfect will.

The ultimate purpose of a heavenly dream is to solicit human partnership for an earthly agenda. God respects the dominion He gave mankind in Genesis.
