He stressed the profound urgency of working diligently while time still permits, challenging the leadership core to measure their spiritual impact by tangible results rather than relying on empty ecclesiastical titles. Furthermore, he urged the believers to focus entirely on building and planting wherever God has specifically assigned them, to fiercely protect and cover the leaders placed over them, and to remain perpetually teachable regardless of their spiritual maturity. Finally, he pleaded with the church to totally release the heavy burdens of the past and to come boldly to the throne of God for the grace required to execute these massive mandates.
