Apostle Batsiranai Java, affectionately known as ABJ, is a dynamic Senior Pastor, global leader, and philanthropist. As the founder of the Tabernacle of Grace Church (established in August 2005), he has nurtured and watched the congregation grow into a thriving International Ministry under his steadfast stewardship. Beyond the pulpit, ABJ is a formidable force in the corporate world, education, and media.
The Divine Mandate & Ministry
The 2002 Vision
On the 9th of May 2002, Apostle Java fell into a 5-hour long vision. It was under this trance that he heard God giving him the mandate to bring an understanding of grace and faith. He was given a Bible as an emblem for preparing the Church for an eschatological move of God—a revival where Zimbabwe and Africa will lead the world in giving revelation knowledge with signs and wonders.
Tabernacle of Grace Church
Founded in August 2005, ABJ has guided Tabernacle of Grace from its inception into a globally recognized International Ministry, anchored on the revelations of grace and faith.
Equipping the Saints & Spiritual Gifts
The Bible School
In 2013, following a prophecy from Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo in Manzini, Swaziland, ABJ obeyed God and established a Bible school affiliated with the Zion Christian University, USA. The school offers certificate, diploma, and master's programs, and has produced hundreds of refined pastors and leaders for the Body of Christ.

Apostle Java is an active player in the corporate sector. He serves as a board member of Carolco Holdings (a mining company) and Grace Metals. He also owns a water company, co-founded with his late wife, alongside an Australian partnership known as Vistma Water Tech, and its subsidiary, Rightdale Holdings.
Marketplace Millionaires
ABJ runs a business empowerment desk known as Marketplace Millionaires. He firmly believes the church must offer more than spiritual salvation, stating: “A church is a place where minds are mapped and shaped for impact, creativity, skill, and economic impact.”
National Recognition
Reflecting his vast impact, Apostle B Java was recently named among the Most Influential Leaders under 40 years in Zimbabwe by the Institute of Directors Zimbabwe, making him one of only two pastors to receive the prestigious accolade.

Apostle Java is a prolific author. By the end of 2020, he had authored several highly impactful books, including: The Voice, The Mysteries and Interpretations of Dreams, African Religion: A Blessing or A Curse, and This Kind. His works are available globally on Amazon and via his official online store.
ABJ TV & Digital Ministry
To reach a global audience, Apostle Java owns a satellite TV channel, ABJ TV. He also oversees a massive online ministry broadcasted through the Apostle B Java Ministry Facebook page and YouTube platform.
Family & Personal Life
Apostle Java is widowed. He was married to the late Pastor and Member of Parliament, Hon. Vimbai Tsvangirayi Java, who was the daughter of the former Prime Minister of Zimbabwe, the late Dr. Morgan Richard Tsvangirai. Together, they shared a profound legacy of ministry, community service, and entrepreneurship that ABJ continues to champion to this day.
