The Price of the Prophetic: In today's digital age, the immediate reaction to receiving a profound spiritual dream is often to grab a smartphone and broadcast it on Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube. But according to Apostle Batsirai Java, this modern "trigger-happy" approach to prophecy is not just unwise—it is spiritually dangerous.
During an intense segment of his interview with Evangelist Mapuranga, Apostle Java issued a sobering warning to the modern church. "When God speaks, trust me, every part of your being knows God has spoken... you must be scared," he stated. He detailed how releasing a prophetic word without proper spiritual covering activates high-level demonic forces, illustrating his point with a chilling real-life story of a prophet whose accurate vision of a plane crash was hijacked by principalities.

Apostle Java emphasized that receiving a national or global revelation places a massive spiritual target on the back of the dreamer.

"When revelation is coming to you at a national scale, be careful," Apostle Java warned. "You are going to be in collision with the principal demons that govern that territory." He used the biblical example of Daniel, whose prayers and visions directly provoked the "Prince of Persia"—a high-ranking demonic principality assigned to stop divine intervention.
The Danger of "Trigger-Happy" Prophets
According to Java, immediately jumping on camera to say, "I have eyes to see, God showed me this," is a critical error. Releasing a word of this magnitude from a place of pride or simple broadcasting, rather than a place of "proclamation and intercession," leaves the prophet entirely unshielded from the spiritual retaliation that will inevitably follow.
The Tragedy of the Hijacked Prophecy
To illustrate the devastating consequences of poor prophetic execution, Apostle Java shared a gripping real-world example of a prophet who saw a plane crash but failed to follow spiritual protocol.
Apostle Java recounted the story of a prophet who went public with a vision of a specific airline disappearing. The prophet confidently declared that the wreckage would be found in the water very close to the airport.
The Demonic Relocation
The plane did crash, but the wreckage was not found near the airport. Instead, pieces were found thousands of kilometers away. The public quickly labeled the man a "false prophet" and a "prophet of doom." However, Apostle Java offered a shocking spiritual perspective: The revelation was 100% accurate, but the prophet's execution ruined it.
Disturbing the Darkness
By broadcasting the prophecy without a spiritual covering or intercession, the prophet "ignited warfare in the spirit realm." He disturbed the demonic rulers of darkness in the heavenly places. In retaliation, these principalities altered the physical outcome—moving the plane's trajectory—specifically to discredit the prophet and humiliate the prophetic office.
The Apostolic Protocol for Dreams
If social media isn't the answer, what should a believer do when they receive a heavy prophetic dream? Apostle Java outlined a strict, three-step biblical protocol.
1. Immediate Private Intercession
The moment you wake up, do not wait an hour or a day. "In the spirit realm, things already happened," Java said. You must immediately find scriptures that address the issue and begin to pray—either canceling a negative attack or calling forth a positive blessing. Deal with the spiritual legality first.
2. Seek Apostolic Counsel
Do not bear the weight of a national or high-level dream alone. Java instructs dreamers to go to other tested servants of God, "deep people, luminaries," and share the revelation privately. You need an "apostolic council" to help you carry the burden and navigate the ensuing spiritual warfare.
3. Proclamation, Not Information
If the revelation is meant to be shared publicly, it must not be shared as mere "information." It must be delivered from a place of spiritual authority and "proclamation." You must release it while simultaneously shielding yourself and the church with prayer, understanding that you are firing a weapon into the enemy's camp.
