When asked by Evangelist Mapuranga if God truly gives dreams to those in secular authority, Apostle Java responded with an emphatic, "Yes, true." He broke down the fascinating story of Pharaoh in Genesis, detailing exactly why God chose to speak to a pagan king rather than a Hebrew slave, and how these divine decrees are "set in heaven" the moment they are released.
Why God Speaks to Secular Leaders
Apostle Java explained that when the Spirit world wants to exact its will upon a specific geographical area, it looks for the highest authority in that land.
The God Complex
Why didn't God give the dream of the coming famine directly to Joseph while he was in prison? Apostle Java explained the cultural context: Pharaoh considered himself "Ra," the sun god. He was the highest of all Egyptian deities. "If God had given that dream to somebody else, Pharaoh was going to relegate that dream," Java noted. Pharaoh would not have listened to anyone beneath him.
Leadership Ordained by God
Because Pharaoh received the dream himself, he was forced to treat it as a legitimate spiritual communication. Apostle Java emphasized that all leadership—whether political, cultural, or spiritual—is ultimately ordained by God. Therefore, God has the legal right to deposit national revelations directly into the spirits of presidents and monarchs.
The Failure of the Secular Wise Men
When a national leader receives a divine dream, their secular advisors will always fail to decode it. Heavenly decrees require heavenly interpreters.
Pharaoh was surrounded by the greatest minds of the ancient world, yet they were completely paralyzed by his dream.
Witchdoctors and Warlocks Failed
Apostle Java pointed out that Pharaoh called upon his "sangomas, witchdoctors, and warlocks" (the magicians and wise men of Egypt), but none could interpret the dream. A dream given by the Spirit of God cannot be decoded by demonic forces or mere human intellect. It requires a vessel carrying the Holy Spirit.
The Rise of Joseph
It was only Joseph, a man carrying the Spirit of God, who could unlock the mystery. When he did, he revealed a terrifying truth to the King: "Pharaoh's dream was the Word of God... When Pharaoh dreams, it's gonna happen." If a leader dreams it twice, as Pharaoh did, it means the matter is firmly established and unchangeable by God.
Executing God's Geographical Will
God uses dreams as a primary vehicle to dictate what will happen in a nation, and He uses two specific channels to deliver these messages.
The Spiritual and Political Gates
According to Apostle Java, when God wants to execute His will over a city, nation, or continent, He will either deposit the revelation into the spiritual representatives of that area (the assigned Apostles and Prophets) or He will give it directly to the political or cultural leader. These are the two governing gates of any geographical territory.
